Visiting During Covid
Visiting Hours 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM (M-F), 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Sat. & Sun) Last scheduled appointment at 6:00 PM
To most effectively provide a safe environment, all visits will be by appointment only and scheduled by Case Management. There will be no walk-in visits. Two visitors per patient will be allowed.
It is important visitors arrive to their appointment on time and not early. This is to ensure we manage the number of people in the hospital during visiting hours and to optimize everyone’s safety. The visit will be one hour from the original visit time. Visitors must call into the hospital by using the outside phone.
Visitors should wear face coverings as they walk from their car to the hospital main lobby, and should wear mask at all times when visiting. The hospital will supply a mask to all visitors at the entrance of the hospital. This mask will be mandatory.
All visitors will be screened for symptoms of illness on arrival and will need to answer survey. The supervisor will be notified if the answer to any question is “yes”. Case Management will review questions prior to the visit.
All visitors must wash their hands at the wash station in the lobby after being screened and before leaving the facility.
All visitors must maintain social distancing while in the facility. Visitors are asked to stay in the room and not allowed in the common areas of the hospital, including the cafeteria.
Only approved packages will be allowed. No back packs or pocketbooks will be allowed. All visitors must remain in the patient’s room during the visit and use the call light for assistance.
For COVID positive patients and new admits on droplet precautions, no visitors allowed for the first 3 days.
Virtual visit is available at all times.
