Long Term Acute Care in San Diego

High Quality Solutions to Complex Medical Problems

Providing patients with the in-depth, concentrated care they need is a priority for any hospital. At Vibra Hospital of San Diego, we take this to the next level through our long-term acute care and comprehensive rehabilitation services. Unlike a traditional hospital, we accept patients with the understanding that their care may last for an extended period. We specialize in treating patients with complex medical issues who may require extensive rehabilitation in order to make a full recovery. Knowing this, we take the time to get to know our patients and their loved ones so we can start devising a customized treatment plan that will help them address their more pressing concerns. We are focused on improving quality of life and helping patients regain their independence.

Continuing Care as an Outpatient

Most people look forward to the day they can get out of the hospital, but are sometimes hesitant to leave because they believe they could recover faster by staying. At Vibra Hospital of San Diego, we offer a variety of outpatient rehabilitation programs so you can continue your care even after you have been discharged from the hospital. These programs will pick off from where your care left off as an inpatient and allow you to continue working with trained medical staff while recovering. As an added benefit, by returning home you will learn more about how functional limitations may affect your day-to-day life and discuss ways to overcome them with our team. Our goal is to maximize your recovery, and that means helping you live an independent lifestyle without discomfort.
