    Mrs. Watson was living a normal life prior to falling ill. She was very active at home and in the community, a very independent woman. However in March of 2017 she fell ill, and as a result of respiratory failure found her- self-requiring ventilator support just to breathe. On 4/11/2017 she was admitted to Vibra of Mahoning Valley.     In September of 2013 Mrs. Holmes suffered a heart attack while at home. In the hospital she underwent a CABG, and following this surgery, she went into respiratory failure. On October 4th she arrived at Vibra still having difficulty breathing and requiring maximal assistance from therapies and nursing.
