    Rhonda’s story is truly miraculous. She underwent surgery to remove her gall bladder and to repair a hernia on 1/23/15, and she was discharged to home. On 2/7/15, she returned to the hospital with sepsis, respiratory failure, and acute renal failure. She required multiple surgeries for enterotomy repair and to drain an abdominal abscess.
