Timothy C.

Timothy was driving home from the Pickle Ball in his black, 1959 Triumph TR3 thinking about the next time he was meeting his friends to go golfing and it happened. He was in a terrible motor vehicle accident. Timothy loves to play golf, drive his classic European sports car and enjoy life independently. This accident was serious; he received multiple fractures, spinal cord injury, and cervical spine instability as a result.

Timothy decided he wanted to get back to doing the things he loved to do and was focused on his rehab and getting back to the back 9.

Timothy worked hard. He completed his therapy program while being seen by a doctor almost everyday while he was at Gateway Rehab Hospital. Timothy said, “Remember it doesn’t happen overnight, but as the days go by you will find yourself getting stronger if you stay your course”. Timothy is now home enjoying golf and looking to replace that classic sports car. All thanks to the excellent care he has received at Gateway Rehabilitation Hospital.
