Helping Patients Overcome Functional Limitations

Welcome to Ballard Rehabilitation Hospital, the only licensed acute care rehabilitation hospital in the Inland Empire. We offer the people of our community with a valued medical resource aimed at helping people overcome functional limitations and restoring their independence. Serious injuries and illnesses can often result in disabilities that make it more difficult for people to resume their day-to-day lives even after they have been discharged from the hospital. Our goal is to help people eliminate these issues completely, or find ways to work around them so that the patient can enjoy a higher quality of life.

Inpatient & Outpatient Services

We provide in-depth rehabilitation programs for both inpatients and outpatients. While staying in the hospital, patients have constant access to medical professionals who can continuously monitor their progress and address concerns as they arise. Once a patient has been discharged, they can spend the majority of their time recovering at home while still benefiting from a customized training program with a physical therapist during rehabilitation sessions at the hospital.

We are committed to providing extended care to ensure patients achieve maximum recovery. We work with you to learn more about your goals and hopes for treatment and built a customized treatment plan. Our team is highly experienced in this field and will provide you with honest, realistic feedback on what your treatment can achieve.
