That's why Vibra Healthcare is so proud of our Executive Management Team and their success in the healthcare and rehabilitation fields. Together they have been instrumental in the development, financing and operation of more than 60 Inpatient Medical Rehabilitation Hospitals throughout the United States. They possess the skills and experience to lead Vibra Healthcare to the summit of the Rehabilitation and LTAC Hospital industry.

Brad Hollinger
Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

Responsible for strategic direction, operational execution and profitability of Vibra Healthcare. Brad is also founder and CEO of The Hollinger Group, a senior care company with 12 facilities operating in four states. Prior to founding Vibra Healthcare, he co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Balanced Care Corporation, a publicly traded senior care company that grew to 87 facilities in 11 states, 51 facilities were De Novo projects. In addition, Brad served as chief development officer and executive vice president of the contract services group of Continental Medical Systems, a NYSE $1.5 billion dollar company.


Stephen Marcus

Chief Operating Officer

Responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management to all Vibra Healthcare hospitals, Steve was previously senior vice president of business development with RehabCare Group, a leading provider of rehabilitation program management services in over 700 health care facilities. Prior to joining RehabCare Group, he was chief operating officer of a publicly traded senior care company. In addition, he was president of SelectRehab, a rehabilitation management service company, and senior vice president with Continental Medical Systems Inc., where he developed 13 rehabilitation hospitals.


Donald Yoder

Chief Development Officer & Chief Compliance Officer

Responsible for the strategic development and implementation of clinical programs, referral network expansion, and corporate compliance, Don previously served as senior operations and marketing officer with Rehab Hospital Services Corporation and Rehab Systems, where he supervised the startup and operation of 25 medical rehabilitation hospitals. He also developed and implemented the startup of several LTAC Hospitals through his firm, Healthcare Plus Management. Don is a surveyor for the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities.


Clint Fegan

Chief Financial Officer

Responsible for all of the company's financial operations, Clint was previously chief financial officer of a publicly traded senior care company with responsibility for all financial matters including IPO and SEC reporting. A CPA, he also has served as regional controller with Select Medical, the country's largest LTAC Hospital company, and was responsible for the financial operations of more than 100 outpatient therapy clinics.


Tom Durkin

Executive Vice President, Operations and Clinical Services

Tom is responsible for all of Vibra’s LTAC and Rehabilitation Hospital operations, program development and clinical service operations. Prior to joining Vibra in 2005 Tom developed and managed inpatient and outpatient programs for MossRehab in Philadelphia. He has more than 20 years senior management and multi-facility administration experience and served in senior corporate management in NovaCare's hospital, long-term care, outpatient services and consulting divisions. Tom has been a Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) surveyor for almost 20 years.


Mike Thomas

Executive Vice President, Strategy & Organization Development

Mike is responsible for Vibra’s organizational planning and development, financial operations support, and oversight of internal financial reporting including financial planning and analysis, and corporate leadership and oversight for all hospital revenue cycle operations. He has held several key leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a national healthcare consulting company and Partner in the healthcare consulting practice of a Big 4 accounting firm. His healthcare experience includes hospital financial operations, revenue cycle processes, disputed claim and payment resolution, contract management processes, and merger / acquisition analysis and financing.


Lisa MacLean

Senior Vice President, Business Development – Rehabilitation Hospitals & Managed Care Contracting

Lisa is responsible for all Vibra’s rehabilitation hospital business development activities, including sales & marketing training and market strategic planning and has management responsibility for physician relations in all of Vibra’s hospitals. She is responsible for corporate oversight of Vibra’s local, regional and national managed care contracting. Lisa has over 25 years of healthcare experience, including being a founder, owner and officer of Trans Healthcare Inc. a privately held company with more than 200 specialty hospitals, LTAC Hospitals and outpatient centers. Lisa also served as executive vice president of Innovative Health Alliance, a subsidiary of Continental Medical Systems (CMS), and vice president of marketing and managed care for CMS.


Marie Roof
Senior Vice President, Information Technology

Marie is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of our enterprise information systems strategy. She has more than 20 years experience in Information Systems with the majority of it spent in healthcare. Previously, Marie provided leadership on key system implementations and strategic direction as assistant vice president at Cigna HealthCare and director of hospital applications with Select Medical Corporation.


Brian Barth

Senior Vice President Outpatient Operations
Responsible for Vibra’s satellite outpatient rehabilitation operations, including financial performance, strategic business planning, referral network development and site market growth, Brian most recently developed and managed outpatient programs for CORA Health Services, one of the largest providers of outpatient rehabilitation services in Florida. Prior to joining CORA Health Serves, he was chief development officer of a publicly traded senior care company. He has more than 25 years experience in healthcare development and operations with more than 15 year in a senior management capacity.


Denise Minogue

Senior Vice President, Business Development – LTAC Hospitals

Denise joined Vibra Healthcare in September 2009 and is responsible for the implementation, support, analysis, execution, and training for all the Vibra LTAC hospital sales and marketing initiatives. She has 25 years experience in senior management sales; marketing and business development in acute care hospitals, integrated delivery systems and contract management environments. Denise served as Sr. Director, Sales & Marketing at Kindred Healthcare, providing marketing and sales leadership to 42 hospitals; Regional Director of Marketing for Horizon Healthcare and Director of Marketing at UCLA Medical Center.
