Responsible for strategic direction, operational execution and profitability of Vibra Healthcare. Brad is also founder and CEO of The Hollinger Group, a senior care company with 12 facilities operating in four states. Prior to founding Vibra Healthcare, he co-founded and served as Chairman and CEO of Balanced Care Corporation, a publicly traded senior care company that grew to 87 facilities in 11 states, 51 facilities were De Novo projects. In addition, Brad served as chief development officer and executive vice president of the contract services group of Continental Medical Systems, a NYSE $1.5 billion dollar company. |
 Stephen Marcus Chief Operating Officer |
Responsible for providing day-to-day leadership and management to all Vibra Healthcare hospitals, Steve was previously senior vice president of business development with RehabCare Group, a leading provider of rehabilitation program management services in over 700 health care facilities. Prior to joining RehabCare Group, he was chief operating officer of a publicly traded senior care company. In addition, he was president of SelectRehab, a rehabilitation management service company, and senior vice president with Continental Medical Systems Inc., where he developed 13 rehabilitation hospitals. |

Responsible for the strategic development and implementation of clinical programs, referral network expansion, and corporate compliance, Don previously served as senior operations and marketing officer with Rehab Hospital Services Corporation and Rehab Systems, where he supervised the startup and operation of 25 medical rehabilitation hospitals. He also developed and implemented the startup of several LTAC Hospitals through his firm, Healthcare Plus Management. Don is a surveyor for the Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. |

Responsible for all of the company's financial operations, Clint was previously chief financial officer of a publicly traded senior care company with responsibility for all financial matters including IPO and SEC reporting. A CPA, he also has served as regional controller with Select Medical, the country's largest LTAC Hospital company, and was responsible for the financial operations of more than 100 outpatient therapy clinics. |
 Andrew Escamilla Senior Vice President |
Responsible for all LTAC Hospital operations and program development, Andrew joins Vibra Healthcare with an extensive background in Hospital operations and Clinical Management within the LTAC Hospital environment. He most recently served as a group CEO with Regency Hospital Company and prior to that he served as CEO with Kindred Healthcare. Prior to his Operations experience he held regional clinical positions with Vencor and Intensiva Healthcare. Andrew has published and is an active speaker on nursing and healthcare delivery within the post-acute environment. |

Responsible for all Rehabilitation Hospital operations and program development, Tom most recently developed and managed inpatient and outpatient programs for MossRehab in Philadelphia. He has more than 15 years senior management and multi facility administration experience and served in senior corporate management in NovaCare's hospital, long term care, and consulting and outpatient divisions. Tom has been a CARF surveyor for 13 years. |

Responsible for financial operations support, oversight of internal financial reporting, financial planning and analysis, and corporate leadership and oversight for all hospital revenue cycle operations. Mr. Thomas has held several leadership positions including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for a national healthcare consulting company and Partner in the healthcare consulting practice of a Big 4 accounting firm. His healthcare experience includes hospital financial operations, revenue cycle processes, disputed claim and payment resolution, contract management processes, and merger / acquisition analysis and financing. |

Lisa is responsible for all hospital business development operations, including strategic planning, marketing, revenue enhancement, physician relations and managed care. She has 25 years of healthcare experience, most recently as a founder, owner and officer of Trans Healthcare Inc. a privately held healthcare company. In this role, she was responsible for the day-to-day business development efforts of more than 200 specialty hospitals, LTAC Hospitals and outpatient centers. Lisa also served as executive vice president of Innovative Health Alliance, a subsidiary of Continental Medical Systems (CMS), and vice president of marketing and managed care for CMS. |

Marie is responsible for the development, implementation, and support of our enterprise information systems strategy. She has more than 20 years experience in Information Systems with the majority of it spent in healthcare. Previously, Marie provided leadership on key system implementations and strategic direction as assistant vice president at Cigna HealthCare and director of hospital applications with Select Medical Corporation. |

Responsible for Human Resources and Risk Management, Bob was previously the co-founder and senior vice president of corporate services at a publicly traded senior care company. He has also served in executive positions with Marriott Corporation, Holiday Corporation, and Continental Medical Systems. |
 Roger Breed Vice President, Business Development |
Roger is responsible for the business development and marketing operations in all Vibra’s hospitals. He has more than 25 years experience in various key areas of healthcare marketing, business and referral network development, new project development, strategic planning, revenue enhancement and marketing operations. He previously served as division vice president of business development with Trans Healthcare, where he oversaw business development and marketing operations for more than 40 Rehabilitation Hospitals, LTAC Hospitals and long term care facilities. At Continental Medical Systems, Roger served as vice president of corporate communications and public affairs and director of development. |
 Jim Walmsley Vice President, Regulatory Affairs |
Responsible for the filing and support of the hospitals' annual Medicare and Medicaid cost reports, Jim provides company-wide strategic direction associated with federal and state regulatory payment matters. He has more than 25 years experience in healthcare finance, specializing in all facets of government payment systems, across multiple provider and physician settings. Jim has extensive Big 4 healthcare and insurance consulting experience, as well as time spent as corporate vice president reimbursement and compliance for two of the nation's largest multi-dimensional healthcare companies. |

Mary brings more than 20 years senior management experience to her role in assisting Vibra’s hospital clinical operations and program development. Most recently, she operated MCO Management, a privately owned consulting firm specializing in healthcare. Paul is responsible for clinical, quality and operational support of the pharmacies of Vibra Healthcare. Paul has 25 years of experience in the operation of hospital pharmacies and more than 10 years experience in the LTAC Hospital industry. Prior to his joining the Vibra Healthcare Team, he was a Regional Director of Pharmacy for Kindred Healthcare. |

Responsible for the company’s real estate and construction related projects, Dave has more than 20 years experience in healthcare construction. He was previously the co-founder and senior vice president of design and construction for a publicly traded senior care company that developed and constructed projects totaling $350 million. As a construction executive and general contractor, he was a key member of the management team that constructed 30 rehabilitation hospitals for both Rehab Hospital Services Corporation and Continental Medical Systems. |

David’s responsibility is for the production of financial modeling and performance forecasting of Vibra’s acquisitions and development projects. David is a licensed CPA, and has worked as an auditor for KPMG. Dave also has worked as a bank loan officer prior to his involvement in senior care industry with The Hollinger Group as its Chief Financial Officer. He has held positions as both controller and field financial support director in prior senior care organizations. |

Mark is responsible for the business development and marketing operations in Vibra’s Western Region Hospitals. He has more than 15 years experience in key areas of healthcare marketing, referral and market network development, strategic and specialty healthcare sales. He previously served as Director of Business Development with LifeCare Hospital, where he was responsible for the oversight of patient pre-assessments, admissions, outside clinical liaison marketing, business development and marketing training for the Pittsburgh region. Prior to his tenure at Vibra, Mark served in various marketing roles for HealthSouth, SemperCare, and Select Specialty. |

Ray is responsible for purchasing and materials management functions. He has more than 18 years experience in materials management and previously had leadership responsibilities with the nation's fourth largest hospital corporation. Ray has provided strategic materials operation planning, advisory board leadership development and held key leadership roles in various multi-hospital systems. |
